Submissions will be accepted through May 1st, 2026.
Digitized submissions are preferred, and should be in the Vector format for scalability. Hand-drawn designs will also be accepted.
Please note that AI designs are strictly prohibited. All designs will be thoroughly vetted for use of AI. With this, we suggest all applicants keep their rough drafts or proof of developing their designs, as the owner of the winning design will be asked to verify their work before we move forward with announcing to the public and utilizing the design. As a traditional arts organization, we strive to respect the original and hand-made art of our participants.
The artist of the chosen design will receive a
- prize of $200
- one weekend festival pass, and
- one merchandise item of their choice
The chosen design will be used for merchandise, marketing, and branding purposes for Wheatland Music Festival 2026 and/or future content.
