2010 Raffle

Friday 12pm-6pm drawing at 4pm
Saturday 11am-6pm drawings 1pm & 5pm
Sunday 10am-2:30pm drawing at 3pm
We will start selling raffle tickets at 12pm on Friday September 10th at this 37th Wheatland Music Festival and end at 2:30 on Sunday the 12th.
The raffle tent is located across from the information building and next door to the Arts and Crafts. Volunteers will be traveling throughout the festival selling tickets. Tickets cost one dollar each. One ticket is good for all drawings but can only win one prize.
On Friday night and Saturday morning we will raffle off the prizes to be re-deemed at this years’ festival so please check your tickets and claim your prize early. Most artists have decided to let you pick your prize by donating a gift certificate to be used at their booth during festival. What an awesome prize, a shopping spree at a Wheatland Artists booth! Other artists have created a piece of their artwork just for you the Wheatland festival-goer. All are well worth the dollar you donate to Wheatland for a chance to win.
If you have an item you’re thinking of donating---we’ll more than likely take it. We have accepted items that were made by the donator, tickets to events, and even some cast offs that were never used but very cool. Bring it to the raffle tent do a little paper work and know that Wheatland gives you a great big thank you.
To claim a prize you must bring the winning ticket to the raffle tent. Prizes will be available to claim shortly after each drawing.
